MyIT Remote Access allows WebMaine to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the machines in the plan. Your Critical Windows Updates and Security Patches can be done before you even arrive at your office in the morning.

The computers included in your subscription plan will be placed in our remote access account server and then can be accessed by our technicians 24/7.

For a small additional annual fee you, and/or members of your staff, can be added to the account and have remote access as well.

Remote Access Sub-Accounts for You or Members of Your Staff:

As mentioned before, for a nominal additional charge we can add you and/or one or more members of your staff to the account to grant them remote access

A remote Sub User Account is $20.00 per year and allows the employee total remote access to one machine. Additional machines under the Sub User's Accounts are $10.00 per year.

This is especially convenient in case the weather prevents people from coming into the office or while you are away from your office and need to have access to files while in a meeting. Critical projects won't be held up because you will be able to access your office computer right from your home computer. (with proper ISP)

A Sub User Account can be set up with additional encryption security and may also require that an access key be sent to the employees e-mail address on each log in. This will further prevent unauthorized access by those who are not allowed in.

Maintenance:

MyIT Remote Access is a powerful tool that can be used to perform maintenance functions such as Critical Updates, Deep Registry Scans and Configurations, Spyware, Adware and Malware detections and removal and others, as well as trouble shooting and problem solving. Best of all, this can be done outside of your business hours so your staff and customers will not be disturbed.

MyIT Remote Access can also be used in an emergency at the request of the machine user by simply clicking on an ICON. When you have a problem, we can perform troubleshooting remotely and chances are we can fix the problem remotely as well, thereby saving you down time and costs.

MyIT Remote Access cannot be used for hardware upgrades, hardware installation and other tasks which demand on-site, hands-on work.

Once the MyIT Remote Access software is installed on the system, your maintenance schedule is activated. Then our technicians watch for Security Patches and Updates that impact your machines. We will then deploy those changes and bill you on a "per incident" basis in 15-minute increments thusly cutting out higher invoices which normally include (portal to portal) charges for travel by the technician.
